Airport Directions:
There are three airports that serve the Washington, D.C. metro area: Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA), Washington Dulles Airport (IAD), Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI)

Ground Transportation:

From BWI:
Taxi: Proceed to the taxi stands located throughout BWI Airport. Estimated fare: $75
Amtrak: Amtrak trains provide service to the BWI Marshall Rail Station, where free shuttles serve the airport terminal. Shuttle stops are located on the lower level terminal roadway in between door numbers 1 & 2, 8 & 9, 14 & 15, and 17 & 18. Shuttle buses from the BWI Marshall terminal building to the rail station operate every 12 min from 5:00am to 1:00am daily and every 25 min between 1:00am and 5:00am daily. Buses stop adjacent to the rail station garage, directly in front of the rail station. The BWI Rail Station is located one mile from the terminal building. From DCA:
Taxi: Proceed to the taxi stands located throughout DCA. Estimated fare: $20
Metro: The Washington, DC Metrorail system has an elevated Metrorail station connected to the concourse level of terminals B and C at Reagan National Airport. Metrorail fare cards may be purchased at machines locates at all entrances to the Airport Metrorail station. The station is also fully accessible via elevators. Getting TO the Metrorail station FROM the Terminals:
Terminal B and C: Use either of two enclosed pedestrian bridges on the concourse level which connect directly to the station.
Terminal A: Exit the terminal to the streetside curb, and board any "Airport Shuttle" bus. At the stops for Terminal B/C or Parking Garages B and C you may access an enclosed bridge which connects to the Metrorail station.
From DCA, you have two route options on the Metro system:
Take the BLUE line train toward Largo Town Center to the "Metro Center" Station and transfer to the RED line towards "Shady Grove". Exit at the "Adams Morgan/Woodley Park" Station.
Take the YELLOW line train toward Mount Vernon Square to the "Gallery Place/Chinatown" Station and transfer to the RED line towards "Shady Grove". Exit at the "Adams Morgan/Woodley Park" Station.

From IAD:
Taxi: Proceed to the taxi stands located throughout IAD. Estimated fare: $65
Washington Flyer & Metro: How to connect to the Metrorail system from Dulles Airport:
Purchase a ticket (one-way or round-trip) at the Washington Flyer Coach ticket counter located at Arrivals Door #4 in the Main Terminal. Travelers will also board the Coach from this location. The buses depart approximately every 30 minutes but please listen for announcements for exact bus departure times. Click here for schedule and ticket prices. You may purchase a Metrorail fare card inside the train station at the West Falls Church Metro stop where you will board the train. ORANGE line trains bound for "New Carrollton" will take you towards Downtown Washington, DC. Take the ORANGE line train to the "Metro Center" station, transfer to the RED line towards "Shady Grove" and exit at the Adams Morgan/Woodley Park Zoo station.
